Fearless Aging!
What is the biggest obstacle to aging gracefully that baby boomers face? Society. Specifically, this society's obsession with youth. Luckily, boomers are in prime position to change that view by teaching by example. Boomers like Bill Clinton, Mick Jagger, Steve Martin, and Madonna have proven in their own unique ways that growing older can -- and should -- mean growing better .

Asian cultures, for example, revere their older generations for a very good reason: these people have lived life, and gained experience that is useful to younger members of the community. American baby boomers are certainly intelligent and capable enough to effect a change in our youth-oriented society by lending their voices to the public. Share your knowledge, prove that aging doesn't have to mean rolling over and giving up.

You can do that by getting out there and being the best you can be at any age you are and will be.
